     MB Construction would first like to thank you for taking an interest in our company. 
Since 2002, we have attributed our success to our client's satisfaction and references. 
Each of our clients have come to expect not only the deliverance of a high quality product with 
an acute attention to detail, but also a pleasant experience during the construction phases.
99% of our clients retain residency in their homes while the renovation is occurring.  This   
demands that we establish an open communication with the client, maintain a clean, safe, and  
presentable work site that encourages the client to view the progression of the project, and   
allow for special client accommodations to retain suitable living conditions.  
    Unlike many of our competitors, MB Construction does not use any subcontractors for the 
carpentry work.  This maintains constant on-site supervision of the project and also allows for quick problem solving and easy adjustments to the plan just in case real life application differs from the plans provided.  This also means that someone who takes ownership of the project is always present.
    We, at MBCO, are always looking for opportunities to improve on the overall design and add uniqueness without adding unnecessary cost to the project.  What looks good on paper does not always look good in real life.  Each of our projects are specifically tailored to the clients needs and tastes which makes each one special.
